Company Director

Aiden joined the family firm as an apprentice in 1984 and worked his way up to his current position as company director.

Over the years Aiden has mastered every aspect of the business and has the thorough knowledge of customer needs and solutions that only a lifetime in the industry can bring.

‘As an apprentice I’ve done it all - and I mean all,’ said Aiden. ‘I started as a labourer graduating through the ranks of the business, acquiring locksmithing skills among other things along the way and becoming an experienced locksmith and safe specialist.

‘For the last four years my role has included surveying, negotiating and managing contracts but I still like to keep my hand in on the practical side occasionally.'

As well as providing specialist knowledge to customers seeking guidance on steel security doors, roller shutters, safe engineering and master key systems, Aiden is also Lincoln Security’s consultant to large utilities customers. His expertise in H&S issues enables him to supply robust Risk Assessments and Method Statements for utility contracts and clients.

Within Lincoln Security, Aiden is also responsible for regular staff training in quality and customer service to ensure that the company’s high standards are maintained across all areas of work. He also ensures that all Health & Safety requirements in the company are met.  Aiden is also chief buyer and manager of the company fleet of vehicles.
