Julie joined Lincoln Security in 1984 and began her career with the company in its High Street shop in Lincoln. Cutting keys and getting to understand the needs of customers on a daily basis provided a firm basis for Julie’s development into other key areas of work, including managing the accounts and planning jobs.

As the company grew, developing its portfolio of services, products and customers, Julie handed over the finance responsibilities and focused full-time on managing the multiple, and increasingly complex installations.

Now, 26 years on, Julie ensures that the many major installation projects handled by the company are expertly managed and are delivered on time and to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
