Senior Installation Engineer

The most experienced of Lincoln Security’s team of installation engineers, Neville joined the company in 1981, then one of only two people in that role.

Twenty-nine years later, Neville’s expertise enables him to lead the installation team while still taking a hands-on role in delivering excellent customer service.

Neville has a wide range of experience and his work has included creating a bespoke seclusion door system to ensure the safety of staff at a high security hospital. More recently, as part of the company’s ongoing relationship with the University of Lincoln, he has completed the installation of a suite of nine automated doors that enable students with disabilities to live comfortably and safely in student accommodation.

Neville’s other key role in the company is to support the logistics around major projects, ensuring that the installation team has the right products in the right place in order to deliver a seamless service to customers.
