In 1974 Stephen founded Lincoln Security along with his brother, Richard, and together they have built a company that remains one of the best of its type in the UK specialist lock market.

Stephen’s engineering background led to his development of specialist products, including the Gyralock padlock and the Lincoln dual gate-locking device, that have been popular with a wide range of customers and are used on the London Underground.

Stephen has thorough and long experience of the utility industry and its requirement for highly effective specialist locking solutions.

‘We have the UK’s largest range of specialist steel key safes for the electricity industry, including specialist wooden operational cabinets complete with mimic boards, and safety document boxes,’ says Stephen.

‘By working closely with our customers to understand their needs, we are able to produce bespoke systems and products that ensure the highest possible levels of security for their buildings, facilities and vital systems.
