Lincoln Security Covid-19 Status Update
Due to the increased concern surrounding Covid-19 (Coronavirus), Lincoln Security would like to reassure all our customers and provide updates on our current business continuity plan. All current and future updates will be communicated directly to our existing customers and this page will be updated.
Update 27/03/2019 – As of Monday 30th March, Lincoln Security will be temporarily reducing its office hours to 09:00 until 15:00.
Update 24/03/2019 – Due to Lincoln Security being classified as an essential supplier, we are currently still operating in order to provide vital services. All our staff are still taking all the necessary precautions and as a result some services have been reduced. Our Trade Counter will now open from 07:30 until 15:00 Monday – Friday. We will be constantly reviewing the Government guidelines and will continue to adhere strictly to any and all advice published.

Update 17/03/2019 – Following the Government update over the weekend we regret to inform our domestic customers that until further notice, we will only be offering a 24/7 locksmithing call out service for our commercial account customers. This measure is being implemented to ensure that our on call engineers Engineers exposure is minimised during this time of heightened risk.
Should our domestic customers wish, they will be able to arrange a locksmith appointment from 8:30am Monday – Friday until 5:00pm.
Update 13/03/2019 – Lincoln Security has taken several measures to ensure staff have increased access to hand sanitising products and cleaning products for engineers vans and office workers desks.
Information concerning personal hygiene and minimising the spread of the virus has been provided to staff.
To safeguard our Engineers and Surveyors who constantly visit customers, when arranging appointments for domestic customers we will ask if anyone in the property is self-isolating or has been confirmed as having the Coronavirus. If anyone is self isolating or has a confirmed case then unfortunately we will ask to reschedule the appointment for safety.
With regards to visiting business premises and sites in any capacity – for the time being unless we are cancelled or postponed by the customer then we attend as scheduled.
We will go about our business as usual and follow the health guidance set out by the government until advised otherwise .
