During these unprecedented times, Lincoln Security are committed to ensuring the safety of our staff, customers and the general public. As a business that provides essential services to both residential and commercial customers, we are working proactively to bring as many of our staff back to work safely and efficiently.
Our directors are closely monitoring the situation and following and acting upon advice published by Public Health and The Government.
All members of staff have been provided with clear advice about personal hygiene and staff working with customers have been provided with full PPE to ensure both their safety and yours.
Our Trade Counter remains open and has protective screens installed and stickers to mark a safe 2 metre distance between customers. Antibacterial handwash has been provided and customers are asked to utilise this before touching surfaces.
Social distancing measures, signage and a one-way system within the Lincoln Security office has been put in place to restrict staff movement and contact. Increased WC/Hand washing facilities have been provided.
Engineers appointments are still being scheduled for those customers that require our services but precautionary measures are in place to ensure we are not putting staff in danger and we are screening all customers for Covid-19 symptoms/self-isolation before committing our engineer to an appointment. Customers will be asked a series of questions when booking appointments to assess and minimise risks.
