About the Role

As an Apprentice Trade Supplier, you’ll gain skills, knowledge, and experience in:

• Key Cutting & Locksmithing: Learn to cut all types of keys and create keys for a wide range of locks, from everyday to complex.
• Customer Service Excellence: Serve customers confidently at our trade counter. You’ll advise on products, answer questions, and process transactions with ease.
• Hands-On Mechanical Skills: Develop practical skills in locksmithing, metalwork, and tool use. You’ll also accompany our Engineers on-site occasionally to see the real-world applications of the products you supply.
• IT & Administrative Skills: Gain confidence using computers, handling job orders, replying to customer emails, ordering stock, and completing sales transactions.
