What you’ll do:
This is a varied and active role involving national travel, and 2 – 3 days per week overnight stays when required. You’ll work independently and as part of a close-knit team to install, upgrade, and maintain high-security systems.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Installation of high-security steel and timber door sets
- Fitting advanced locking systems in commercial environments
- On-site welding, fabrication and mechanical work
- Joinery and woodworking, particularly with timber doors
- Site access control upgrades and HV compound gate installations
- Supporting national infrastructure projects in the power and renewables sector

– About the Role –
We’re expanding our locksmith team and looking for proactive, skilled, and customer-focused individuals to join us. You’ll be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing a range of locks and security products across domestic, commercial, and public sector sites. Each day offers something different, from cutting keys and upgrading locks to supporting emergency call-outs and more technical installations.

Experienced Applicants:
We’d love to hear from you if you’ve got:
- 3+ years’ experience in locksmithing
- Strong joinery skills and confidence in installing and repairing locks
- Familiarity with mechanical and electronic lock systems
- A professional, courteous approach with customers
- A full UK driving licence
Lincoln Security’s Master Key Department is looking for Assembly Worker to work part-time ( 0945 -14:25 Mon-Fri 25 hours per week negotiable ) to assist with the production of high-security padlocks, cylinders and keys.
An interest or experience in fine-detail work will be beneficial here.
