Fire and Security Engineer

Lincoln Security is recruiting an experienced Fire & Security Engineer due to continued growth.

This role is suited to a capable engineer with solid industry experience. It is not a trainee role. You will install, service and maintain security and fire systems across domestic and commercial sites.

You will work independently, maintain high standards and represent the company professionally while on site.

Your experience

3 years plus (preferred)

We are looking for experience with:

Intruder alarms, CCTV and fire alarm systems

Installing, servicing and maintaining systems

Grade 2 and Grade 3 intruder alarm systems

ARC monitoring

BS EN 50131 and PD6662

Analogue and IP CCTV systems

Non-domestic fire alarm systems

Conventional and addressable fire alarm systems

BS 5839 1

Fault finding and problem solving

Working at height using safe working practices

A full UK driving licence is required.

Role duties

Install, commission, service and maintain CCTV, intruder, fire alarm and access control systems

Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently

Carry out planned maintenance visits

Communicate clearly with customers and the wider team

Take part in an out of hours rota when required
