In many cases we can advise at the counter. If a key is badly worn or damaged, we may recommend checking the lock or using a better original key where possible.
We can only cut restricted keys if correct authorisation is provided, and if we control the suite. If the suite belongs to another supplier we can normally contact them on your behalf.
