Key Cutting in Lincoln
We provide a reliable in shop key cutting service for a wide range of key types. This includes standard cylinder and mortice keys, along with more specialised options such as safe keys and dimple keys.
Keys are cut while you wait where possible. For more complex or uncommon key types, we can assess the key and confirm availability before cutting.
If your key requires additional work or needs to be matched to a specific lock, bring the lock or any related information with you. This helps ensure accuracy and reduces the risk of incorrect copies.

Small Safe Opening at Our Lincoln Trade Counter
Safe opening is available in store for smaller units. Most home and hotel safes can be brought in for assessment and, in some cases, same day opening. More complex jobs may need to be left with us, and we will contact you when ready to collect.
We always aim to use non destructive methods to preserve the safe where possible. If access is the only requirement, we can also use more direct methods where needed.
Please note we do not handle large, heavy, or high security safes at the counter. These require a specialist visit on site. If you are unsure, contact us first with details or photos to avoid an unnecessary trip.

Cylinder Pinning and Keying Alike
We offer in house cylinder pinning for selected systems.
This allows selected cylinders to work from the same key, which can reduce the number of keys needed across a property.
Keying alike for TSS cylinders is available from £5 per cylinder including VAT.
We also provide a wider range of cylinder pinning services. These are not available on a walk in basis.

Lock Repairs at Our Lincoln Security Shop
Whether your key wont turn, your lock is jammed or it’s just not working like it used to, we can help you.
We can assess many common mortice locks, cylinders, nightlatches, and door lock cases at the counter.
This service will require you to bring your lock into our Lincoln Trade & Retail Counter.

For some services, yes. Key origination usually requires the lock. Gearbox fitting usually requires the mechanism. If you are unsure, contact us before visiting.
Many standard keys can be cut while you wait. Specialist keys may need assessment first.
Large orders may require more time. We can give you a guide time for completion, and contact you when these are finished.
Photos can help, but measurements or the original part are usually helpful for accurate identification.
